Sport Info

Myra MacDonald- Instructor and Owner/Operator of SUP Kingston

SUPKingston was created in 2013 by Myra MacDonald, a stand up paddle enthusiast and instructor, competitive runner, and educator.

My mission is to introduce people to the rapidly growing water sport of SUP (stand up paddling) for the purpose of relaxation, fitness development, cross training, or socializing.

I deliver lessons in the Kingston area and am certified by Paddle Canada (Advanced Flatwater Instructor), PaddleFit (Level 3 Coach), and World Paddle Association (Class 1). SUPKingston is mobile, thereby maximizing lesson accessibility while seeking skill level appropriate water conditions for clients. SUPKingston is a PaddleSmart Trainer and safety instruction is paramount.
